726 J Bengbu Med Coll,June2014,Vol.39,No.6 [文章编号] 1000-2200(2014)06-0726-04 ·临床医学· 皮肤镰刀菌感染 16例汇集分析 1 1 1 2 黄玲玲 ,王宁玲 ,牛曼曼 ,刘　 周 [摘要]目的:探讨皮肤镰刀菌感染临床特点、预防及诊治经验。 方法:对2001~2013年国内报道的皮肤镰刀菌感染16例进行 汇集分析。 结果:茄病镰刀菌感染10例,串珠镰刀菌感染3例,尖孢镰刀菌感染1例,菌种不明2例。 出现皮肤溃疡12例,皮 肤结节3例,同时出现皮肤溃疡及皮肤结节1例。 播散性镰刀菌感染1例;基础疾病为急性白血病2例,合并皮肤鳞状细胞癌 1例。 真菌培养阳性16例,直接镜检发现真菌11例,病理检查发现真菌7 例。 全身抗真菌治疗 11例,好转或痊愈8例。 结 论:皮肤镰刀菌感染以茄病镰刀菌最多见,皮肤呈溃疡或结节样改变多见。 真菌培养、直接镜检及组织病理学检查有助诊断, 治疗尚无统一方案。 [关键词]镰刀菌属;皮肤感染;诊断;治疗 [中国图书资料分类法分类号] R378　 　 　 [文献标志码]A A collective analysis of 16 cases of skinFusarium infection 1 1 1 2 HUANG Ling-ling ,WANG Ning-ling ,NIU Man-man ,LIU Zhou (1.Department of Paediatrics,2.ClinicalLaboratory,The SecondAffiliated Hospital of AnhuiMedical University,HefeiAnhui230000,China) [Abstract] Objective:To investigate the clinical features and treatment of skin Fusarium infection.Methods:Sixteen cases of skin fusariun infections reported in Chinafrom2001to2003 were collected and analyzed.Results:There were 10 cases of Fusarium solani infection,3 cases of Fusarium moniliforme infection,1 case of Fusarium oxysporum infection and 2 cases of unknown species in this group.Skin ulcer occurred in 12 cases,skin nodules in3 cases,and skinulcer andnodulesin 1case.One casepresented disseminated Fusarium infection,2 cases the basic disease of acute leukemia and 1 case was complicated with squamouscell carcinoma. Fungal culture was proved positive in 16 cases;fungal component was detected by direct microscopy in 11 cases and by pathological examination in7 cases.11 cases were treated with systemicantifungal t
