2015届毕业论文（设计） 房地产对区域经济发展的贡献研究—以河南为例分 院工商管理学院专 业信息管理与信息系统班 级信管本1201学 名付靖博指导教师梁海军完成时间2015年10月摘要 房地产业在我国现阶段中对城市的建设起着至关重要的作用。特色建筑，城市文化、特色标志等都将由城市的建筑这一载体体现出来,这些更加体现了房地产对我国经济的重要性。以河南为例，自05年以来河南政府将房地产行业定位为河南经济发展的支柱产业、将房地产业作为省经济发展的新增长点进大力发展。由于房地产投资的不确定性及其与经济发展的关联性,房地产发展过快或过缓都会反过来对省内经济带来不利的影响。如何使房地产的发展与经济协调一致,是国内各省和国家都非常关心的问题。关键字：河南省；经济发展；房地产业AbstractReal estate plays an important role in the construction of a city. How to make the development of the real estate and the national economy coordination, is the national government is very concerned about the problem.Keywords: Henan province; economic development; real estate industry 引言房地产业,是从事房地产投资、开发、经营、服务和管理的行业,包括房地产开发经营、物业管理、房地产中介服务和其它房地产活动。在经济产业分类中,房地产业属于为生产和生活服务的第三产业。河南省市人口大省房地产是经济中一个独立的产业部门,从近年看河南经济来,房地产业是一个区域差异巨大、级差收益明显的行业;从行业特征来看,房地产业是一个具有高度综合性和高度关联性的行业。所以,河南省经济的扩张离不开房地产业的发展。房地产业的供给能力在一定程度上是区域经济保持持续增长的关键因素。因此,房地产业,关联度高、带动力强,是经济发展的基础性、先导性产业,已经成为河南省经济支柱产业。一，房地产对河南经济的影响及作用1房地产业可以为居民经济发展提供重要的物质条件随着经济的发展社会阶段的演变房地产业带动了河南经济发展，让居民收入大大提高,在房地产的发展中生成了一大批与之相互生存的产业。房地产业,改善了居民居住环境，优化了城市规划，避免土地滥用，在未来能对环境有着积极的作用。2房地产业关联度高、带动力强,可以带动建筑、建材等相关产业发展,促进经济持续健康发展河南是一个农业大省近些年正在向服务生产
