江阴市2015年成人高血压患病现状及其危险因素研究 李莹 洪淇 朱爱萍 王敏洁 尤诚成 刘娟 江阴市疾病预防控制中心慢性病防治所 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 掌握江阴市18岁以上居民高血压患病现状及其危险因素, 以期为政府开展高血压防治工作提供科学依据。方法 按照分层整群抽样原则, 随机抽取2015年10-12月期间5 500例江阴市8个镇 (或街道) 里的8个行政村或社居委18周岁及以上且居住满6个月及以上居民进行问卷调查和体格检查。数据统计分析采用SPSS 18.0软件。结果 最终有效问卷为5 482份, 2015年江阴市成人高血压患病率为21.07%, 随年龄增加, 高血压的患病率呈上升趋势 (P0.001) ;男性高血压患病率高于女性 (P0.001) ;多因素logisitic回归分析结果显示, 性别、年龄、文化程度、BMI指数、腰围、饮酒、糖尿病和高脂血症是高血压发生的独立危险因素。结论 江阴市人群高血压患病率依然较高, 且呈现年轻化趋势。应针对相关危险因素, 开展健康教育, 继续加大高血压防控工作力度。 关键词： 高血压; 患病率; 危险因素; 作者简介：李莹 (1990-) , 女, 江苏宿迁人, 硕士研究生, 医师, 研究方向:慢性非传染性疾病。 收稿日期：2016-12-19 Prevalence and risk factors of hypertension among adults in Jiangyin City, 2015 LI Ying HONG Qi ZHU Ai-ping WANG Min-jie YOU Cheng-cheng LIU Juan Department of Chronic Disease Control and Prevention, Jiangyin Center for Disease Control and Prevention; Abstract： Objective To study the prevalence of hypertension and its risk factors among residents aged 18 years and above in Jiangyin City so as to provide a scientific basis for the government to carry out hypertension prevention and control.
