精品论文 参考文献 手术治疗儿麻后遗症股骨髁上骨折的体会 施军 马大年 (江苏省盱眙县人民医院骨科 211700) 【摘要】目的 探讨应有股骨远端解剖锁定钢板和绞锁髓内钉治疗小儿麻痹后遗症股骨髁上骨折的方法及疗效。方法 自2003年1月至2013年01月共收治小儿麻痹后遗症股骨髁上骨折的患者13例。其中男性12例，女性1例，年龄48-61岁，平均56.3岁，1例行髓内钉固定，12例行锁定钢板固定，术后定期摄片，了解骨折愈合情况。结果 13例患者获得随访，随访时间4月至2年，平均10.3月，所有患者骨折都愈合，无感染患者，术前膝关节功能KOOS评分均分76分，术后膝关节功能KOOS评分58.4分。结论 手术应有股骨远端解剖锁定钢板或者绞锁髓内钉治疗小儿麻痹后遗症股骨髁上骨折效果满意，骨折愈合率高，并发症少，术后膝关节功能基本能恢复到术前一样，是治疗小儿麻痹后遗症股骨髁上骨折???一种有效满意的方法。 【关键词】小儿麻痹后遗症 股骨髁上骨折 解剖锁定钢板 绞锁髓内钉 内固定手术 【中图分类号】R687 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）19-0128-02 【Abstract】Objective to distal femoral anatomical locking plate and interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of infantile paralysis sequelae of femoral supracondylar fractures. The method and the curative effect. Methods from 2003 January to 2013 January were the sequelae of infantile paralysis of supracondylar femur fracture for 13 cases.
