精品论文 参考文献 护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病沙美特罗 氟替卡松吸入剂正确使用情况的调查分析 杨娟 张金龙 肖红 史思淑 孙蓉（四川省绵阳市中医医院机关分院，四川 绵阳 621000） 　　【摘要】目的：为进一步规范慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者正确使用沙美特罗/ 氟替卡松吸入剂。方法：在护理干预前后采用问卷调查法，对106 例慢阻肺患者进行沙美特罗/ 氟替卡松吸入剂使用情况的调查。结果：操作基本正确的68 例，正确率为64.15％；操作不正确的38 例，错误率为35.85％。常见的错误有使用前未摇均准纳器(46.23%)、吸药时未用力按下准纳器顶部(29.25%)、吸药前未深呼气(24.53%)、吸药后未屏气或屏气不10 秒(22.64%)、吸药时未及时或不正确漱口(20.75%)、吸药时未深吸(19.81%)、口含准纳器时有漏气(10.38%) 等。年龄较小及文化程度越高的正确率较高，经过护理干预后使用正确率较高，年龄较大及文化程度较低的患者使用正确率较低。结论：沙美特罗/ 氟替卡松吸入剂在慢阻肺患者中的正确使用情况不容乐观，通过护理干预后提高了患者的正确使用率。 　　【关键词】沙美特罗/ 氟替卡松；吸入剂；慢性阻塞性肺疾病；护理干预【中图分类号】 R573 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2096-0867（2015）02-0090-02Investigation and Analysis of the Application of Salmeterol/Fluticasone Inhalation in Adult COPD Patients Yang Juan ZHANGJin-long Xiao Hong Shi Si-shu Sun rong the Branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital ofMianyang，Mianyang，Sichaun 621000，ChinaAbstract Objective : In order to further standardize COPD patient to use Salmeterol-fluticasone inhalation correctly .Methods: Using questionnaire survey method to investigate 106 cases of COPD patients with using Salmeterol-fluticasone inhalation .Result :Completely operating in 68 cases of patients , the correct use of accuracy is 64.15% ; 38 cases of patients without the proper use ofinhalants , the wrong use of accuracy is 35.85%. Common mistakes : Diskus are not shake all before use (46.23%), the top of diskus arenot pushed strongly when inhaled drugs (29.25%), no deep breath before inhaled drugs (24.53%), not hold breath or hold breath less than10seconds after inhaled drugs (22.64%), not gargle in time or not correctly gargled when inhaled drugs (20.75%), not deep breath wheninhaled drugs (19.81%), there is air leakage when diskus was in mouth (10.38%), etc. Younger and high degree culture of the patientsgets high correct accuracy, the patients that through physicians, pharmacists and nurse of special guidance gets more higher accuracy,the older patients and the patients with lower degree cultural gets lower correct accuracy.Conclusion : Salmetero
