Repair Procedure 1. 适用范围Scope 1.1 本规定适用于球罐工程施工中，球壳板内外表面及其附件和用于劳动保护的钢结构表面刷漆。 This specification covers the minimum requirements for shop priming, shop painting and field painting of metal surfaces for the project under construction. 1.2 认真按照油漆生产厂家的说明使用，如说明与本规定 00.31 - XX 冲突，本规定将无效。 In addition to the requirement of this specification, the Paint Manufacturer instruction shall be carefully followed. In case of conflict, however, this specification shall overrule. 2. 范围 Scope 2.1 施工必须由熟练工人操作,所使用工具、设备应及时清洗，并由专门工程师确认使用状况。 All operation shall be performed by skilled workmen.
