精品论文 参考文献 探讨小儿肺炎合剂辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床观察 北安市妇幼保健院 164000 摘要：目的：研究分析小儿肺炎合剂在辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床观察。方法：此次研究的对象是选自2010年1月到2011年1月到本院治疗的小儿肺炎患者108例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分成观察组54例和对照组54例，对照组使用常规治疗方法进行治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上使用小儿肺炎合剂进行辅助治疗，观察、比较两组小儿肺炎患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组临床疗效优的30例，临床疗效良的22例，临床疗效中的2例，临床疗效差的0例，总临床疗效优良率为96.29%；对照组临床疗效优的12例，临床疗效良的27例，临床疗效中的10例，临床疗效差的5例，总临床疗效优良率为72.22%。对两组总临床优良率进行统计学分析，具有显著性差异，Plt;0.05，有统计学意义。结论：小儿肺炎合剂在辅助治疗小儿肺炎具有很好的临床疗效，并具有很好的安全性，值得临床广泛推广使用。 关键词：小儿肺炎合剂；小儿肺炎；临床疗效 [Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical observation of pediatric pneumonia mixture in the auxiliary treatment of pneumonia in children. Methods：the object of the study is selected from January 2010 to January 2011 to our hospital for treatment of pediatric patients with pneumonia in 108 cases，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and were randomly divided into observation group（54 cases）and control group（54 cases），the control group were treated with conventional treatment，the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the use of infantile pneumonia mixture adjuvant therapy，observation，compared two groups of children with pneumonia in patients with clinical curative effect. Results：observation group，the clinical efficacy of 30 patients，22 patients with good clinical efficacy，clinical curative effect in 2 cases，poor clinical outcomes of cases，the excellent and good rate of the total clinical efficacy 96.29%；control group，the clinical curative effect and 12 cases，27 cases of good clinical efficacy，clinical efficacy in 10 cases，poor clinical curative effect in 5 cases，the excellent and good rate of the total clinical efficacy was 72.22%. The total clinical good rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed，with significant difference，Plt;0.05，with statistical significance. Conclusion：pediatric pneumonia mixture in the auxiliary treatment of children with pneumonia has good clinical efficacy，and has a good safety，it is worthy of clinical widely used.
