精品论文 参考文献 探讨小切口内镜甲状腺手术治疗效果 绥棱县社区卫生服务中心 152200 摘要：目的 探讨并分析内镜下小切口术式治疗甲状腺的方法及其临床疗效分析。方法 此次研究的对象是选取我院近年收治的行内镜下小切口术式治疗的甲状腺患者81例（记为内镜组），与同期采用传统开放式术式治疗的患者81例（记为传统组）进行对比分析，比较2组手术时长、住院费用、术中出血量及并发症发生率等。结果内镜组手术切口（3.10.5）cm及术中出血量（23.19.5）ml显著小于传统组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.01），但手术时长和住院费用则明显高于传统组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。并发症上，内镜组并发症率6.7%与传统组的8.3%，差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。术后瘢痕总满意度上，内镜组90.1%明显高于传统组80.2%，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论与传统开放式手术相比，小切口手术能更为明显的减轻术中创伤，促进术后切口瘢痕恢复，美容效果更佳，值得临床推广。 关键词：内镜；小切口；甲状腺 [Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the method of endoscopic small incision for the treatment of thyroid gland and its clinical curative effect analysis. Methods the study object is selected in our hospital in recent years were underwent small incision surgery in the treatment of patients with thyroid 81 cases（denoted in the endoscopic group），compared with the traditional open surgical treatment of patients with 81 cases（remember group）were analyzed and compared two groups of operation long，cost of hospitalization，intraoperative bleeding volume and the incidence of complications such as.
