住院与社区糖尿病患者糖尿病健康教育需求的差异分析 秦文凤 黄宵 韩旭 夏宇飞 张华 天津医科大学护理学院 天津医科大学代谢病医院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 比较住院与社区糖尿病患者糖尿病健康教育知识需求的差异。方法 选取2016年12月2017年4月收治的210例糖尿病患者为研究对象, 其中住院和社区患者各105例。采用问卷调查的方式, 分析两组患者对糖尿病的知识掌握及需求情况。结果 住院患者对糖尿病的病因及发病机制、自然病程、老年糖尿病的特点及治疗方法、老年糖尿病并发症的危害及筛查项目、频率、各口服降糖药的作用原理等方面的需求高于社区糖尿病患者, 差异有统计学意义 (P0.05) 。结论 住院与社区患者的健康教育需求存在差别, 护理人员应根据其需求特点, 提供有针对性的健康指导和健康咨询。 关键词： 患者; 糖尿病; 健康教育; Difference analysis of diabetes health education needs between inpatients and community patients with diabetes mellitus QIN Wen-feng HUANG Xiao HAN Xu XIA Yu-fei ZHANG Hua School of nursing, Medical University Of Tianjin; Metabolic disease hospital of Medical University Of Tianjin; Abstract： Objective To compare the difference of health education requirements between hospitalized and community patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 210 diabetic patients was invited to take part in the study, of which 105 diabetes patients were in hospitals, and another 105 diabetes patients were coming from the community health service center. Using the questionnaire survey accessed the knowledge and demands of patients with diabetes. SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The hospitalized patients health requirements is higher than community patients in the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes, the natural course of the disease, the characteristics of elderly diabetes and treatment methods, the risk of diabetes complications and screening programs, frequency, the role of oral hypoglycemic agents and so on (P0.05) . Conclusion There are many differences for health education demands between inpatients and community patients, and health educator should educate the diabetic patients according to their demands, to provide patients with the health guidance and health advice.
