自制分娩机转演示道具在孕期健康教育中的应用 夏兰 赣州市妇幼保健院健康教育科 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的:评价自制分娩机转演示道具在孕期健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年5~6月到我科进行孕期健康教育的产妇106例, 按随机对照试验分为两组, 对照组53例产妇采用传统孕期健康教育方法讲授产程过程;观察组53例产妇给予我科研制的简易分娩机转演示道具讲授产程过程, 比较两组学习效果。结果:观察组产妇经学习后促进自然分娩知识考核合格率94.34%显著高于对照组79.25% (χ2=6.307 7, P0.05) ;考核成绩 (87.79±6.75) 分也高于对照组 (72.64±6.93) 分 (t=4.728 3, P0.05) , 观察组产妇对教学效果评价高于对照组 (P0.05) 。结论:在孕期健康教育中, 促进自然分娩的知识是孕妇必须掌握的知识, 其中分娩机转是一个难点。研制的简易分娩机转演示道具用材简单, 经济方便, 直观易懂, 能激发孕妇的学习兴趣, 提升学习效果, 利于理论与技能的结合, 提高孕期健康教育教学质量。 关键词： 自制; 分娩机转演示道具; 孕期健康教育; 收稿日期：2017-03-20 The application of self made delivery machine demonstration props in pregnancy health education XIA Lan Department of Health Education, maternal and Child Health Hospital of Ganzhou; Abstract： Objective: To observe and evaluate the application and effect of homemade delivery mechanism demonstration props in pregnancy health education. Method: 106 pregnant women who had accepted pregnancy health education in Ganzhou Women and Childrens Health Care Hospital during May to June, 2014 were chosen and divided into two groupd for randomized controlled trial. One group which contained 53 pregnants had training about pregnancy health education as it used to be, and the other group learned with a simple delivery mechanism demonstration props which developed by health education section.
