精品论文 参考文献 新生儿黄疸程度与血红蛋白浓度水平的关系分析 王中毅 　　（罗江县妇幼保健院 四川 德阳 618500） 　　【摘要】 目的：对新生儿黄疸程度与血红蛋白浓度水平的关系进行分析和探讨。方法：选取我院2010年3月至2015年3月收治的新生儿黄疸患儿900例并对临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据患儿常规中血红蛋白浓度水平进行分组，分为三组，给予患儿蓝光间断治疗，对患儿的黄疸程度以及住院时间进行记录，采用 对数据进行检验和分析，并对三组之间的治疗效果进行对比和分析。 结果：新生儿黄疸程度与患儿的血红蛋白浓度以及住院时间有着直接关系，三组之间比较差异显著，具有统计学意义。结论：患儿在患病期间，患儿的血红蛋白越高，患儿的黄疸出现也就越早，黄疸程度越重患儿的治疗时间也就越长。 　　【关键词】 新生儿黄疸程度；血红蛋白浓度；住院时间 　　???中图分类号】R722 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）23-0023-02 　　Degree of neonatal jaundice and hemoglobin levels relationship analysis Wang Zhongyi. 　　Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Luojiang County , Sichuan Province, Deyang 618500, China 　　【Abstract】Objective The degree of neonatal jaundice and hemoglobin levels relationship are analyzed and discussed. Methods Choose from March 2010 to March 2015 treated 900 cases of neonatal jaundice children and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to hemoglobin levels in children with normal group, divided into three groups, to give children the blu-ray, intermittent therapy for children with the degree of jaundice and hospitalization time records, using the test data and analysis, and the treatment effect between three groups are compared and analyzed. Results The degree of neonatal jaundice and the hemoglobin concentration and the length of time of children have a direct relationship, more significant difference between three groups, with statistical significance . Conclusion Children during the course of illness, the patients hemoglobin manuscripts, children with jaundice appears is the earlier, the degree of jaundice heavy children with treatment time is longer and longer. 　　【Key words】The degree of neonatal jaundice; Hemoglobin concentration; The length of time 　　在新生儿期新生儿黄疸是一种十分常见的疾病，新生儿机体内的胆红素超过指定标准是就会诱发新生儿黄疸疾病。本研究主要分析新生儿体内血红蛋白浓度水平与新生儿黄疸严重程度以及持续时间的关系，经过分析和研究发现，当新生儿体内的血红蛋白浓度超过一定标准之后新生儿黄疸程度与持续时间有着明显提高，因此需要对医护人员的临床工作有着苛刻要求，避免患儿的病情恶化，本研究选取我院收治的900例新生儿黄疸患儿，并对其进行研究，现报告结果如下。 　　1.资料与方法 　　1.1 一般
