精品论文 参考文献 桡骨远端骨折手法复位和手术治疗效果探讨 望奎县人民医院 152100 【摘 要】目的 浅析桡骨远端骨折手法复位和手术治疗的临床效果观察。方法 此随机抽取2013年5月～2015年5月入住我院接受治疗的40例桡骨远端骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究，并根据治疗方式不同分为A、B两组，每组20例，A组患者接受桡骨远端骨折手法复位治疗，B组患者接受常规手术治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果及治疗后6个月关节功能恢复情况。结果 A组患者治疗总有效率90.00%，B组患者治疗总有效率95.00%，两组比较无明显差异（Pgt;0.05）；但B组患者治疗后腕关节功能评分（87.6plusmn;12）显著高于A组（72.3plusmn;14），差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 针对桡骨远端骨折患者行手法复位和手术治疗的效果相当，但手术治疗的患者术后腕关节功能恢复情况显著优于手法复位。因此，在实际的治疗中，要根据患者的实际情况选择治疗方法。 【关键词】桡骨远端骨折；手法复位；手术治疗；关节功能 Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of manual reduction and surgical treatment of distal radius fractures. This method randomly selected may 2013 to 2015 may stay in our hospital accepted treatment of 40 cases of distal radius fractures in patients with clinical data were retrospectively studied，depending on treatment of divided into two groups：group A and group B，20 cases in each group. Patients in group a received distal radius fractures treated with manipulative reduction and group B patients received conventional surgery. Observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups and the recovery of joint function after treatment for 6 months. Results in group A patients，the total effective rate was 90.00%，group B patients，the total effective rate was 95.00%，two groups no significant difference（P gt; 0.05）；but in group B after treatment in patients with wrist function score（87.6 + 12）was significantly higher than that of group A（72.3 + 14），and the difference is statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion the effect of manipulative reduction and surgical treatment for distal radius fractures is considerable，but the recovery of wrist function after operation is significantly better than that of manual reduction. Therefore，in the actual treatment，according to the actual situation of patients to choose the treatment method.
