精品论文 参考文献 浅谈肥胖病症的中医传统疗法 谢家英，程小熊 陕西省洛南县人民医院商洛726100 【摘 要】近年来随着生活水平的提高，肥胖患者日趋增多，人们不再担心挨饿受冻了，曾经作为“富贵”的象征的肥胖，如今也成了危害人们健康的一大因素，威胁到人类健康引起了代谢性疾病的增长和疾病谱改变其伴发疾病，病死率及引发相关社会经济问题丞待世界性关注本病且常并发或加重高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、高脂血症、胆石症及一些感染性疾病，对人类健康危害甚大。肥胖的发生主要有遗传素质、代谢特点和生化缺陷、饮食因素和生活方式、食物中抠平衡失调、精神因素等，与营养代谢的关系尤为密切。现代西医学所用药物及手术疗，有一定的毒副作用及禁忌，散中医药治疗本病已日益受到重视。中医对其有一定的疗法，可通过食疗，针灸疗法，刮痧疗法，拔罐疗法，按摩疗法等进行治疗。 【关键词】肥胖 中医病因 病机治疗 Discussion on Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy of Obesity Xie Jiaying, Yi Xianen and Cheng Xiaoxiong (Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Luonan County in Shanxi Shangluo 726100) 【Abstract】 With the growth of living standard, there are more and more obese patients. People do not worry about suffering cold or hungry any more, and fatness, once considered as the symbol of richness, has become one of the factors harming peoplersquo;s health. Obesity threatens human health and leads to increase of metabolic disease, concomitant disease resulted from change of spectrum of disease, case fatality rate and relevant socio-economic problem, which requires attention from the world. Meanwhile, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipemia, cholelithiasis and some other infectious diseases can erupt simultaneously or become worse, all of which are harmful to human health. The obesity can be resulted from genetic predisposition, metabolic features, biochemical defect, dietary factor, life style, unbalanced feeing centre and mental factor, etc, and it is closely related with nutrition metabolism. The drug and operation adopted by modern Western medicine can possess certain toxic and side effect and taboos, meanwhile treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine has received increasing attention. Traditional Chinese medical science has many treatments for this disease, such as dietary therapy, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, scrapping therapy, cupping therapy and chiropractic and so on. 【Key words】 obesity; traditional Chinese medical science; etiology and patho
