精品论文 参考文献 疝环充填式与腹膜前间隙疝修补术的临床疗效对比评价 肖建昆 石开平 刘至湘 吴强 吴鹏 　　（四川省西昌市攀钢西昌医院外科 615012） 　　【摘要】 目的：对比评价疝环充填式及腹膜前间隙疝修补术在治疗腹股沟疝方面的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2013年1月至2014年8月收治的腹股沟疝患者185例，随机分为甲、乙两组，甲组患者采用疝环充填式治疗，乙组患者采用腹膜前间隙疝修补术，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：疝环充填式和腹膜前间隙疝修补术手术时间均较短，但组间比较来看，腹膜前间隙疝修补术患者术后并发症发生率为5.4%，显著低于乙组的11.95%，Plt;0.05，且甲组术后恢复更快，并发症发生率更低。结论：疝环充填式与腹膜前间隙疝修补术临床治疗效果均较满意，但腹膜前间隙疝修补术较疝环充填式修补术临床效果更优，可大大减轻患者痛苦，减少并发症发生。 　　【关键词】 腹股沟疝；疝环充填式；腹膜前间隙疝修补术 　　【中图分类号】R628 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）13-0170-02 　　The Comparative evaluation of Hernia ring filling and preperitoneal space hernia repair surgery efficacy clinical applications 　　【Abstract】 Objective To compare and evaluate the hernia ring filling the gap before the peritoneal hernia repair of inguinal hernia clinical efficacy in the treatment area. Methods 185 cases of inguinal hernia patients in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were treated randomly divided into A, B two groups, Group A patients with hernia ring filling therapy, group B patients with pre-peritoneal space hernia repair surgery, comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results Hernia ring filling and preperitoneal hernia repair operation time gaps are shorter, but between the two groups, the former retroperitoneal hernia repair in patients with postoperative complication rate was 5.4%, significantly lower than the 11.95 B %, P lt;0.05, and Group A postoperative recovery faster, lower complication rate. Conclusion The hernia ring filling the gap with preperitoneal hernia repair clinical results were satisfactory, but the former than the retroperitoneal space hernia repair hernia ring filling better clinical results, which can greatly reduce the suffering of patients and reduce complications. 　　【Keywords】 Inguinal hernia; Hernia ring filling; Preperitoneal hernia repair space 　　腹股沟疝可分为斜疝、直疝和股疝，股疝相对少见，发病与先天腹筋膜缺损、老年腹肌萎缩、慢性支气管炎、前列腺增生、便秘等高腹压因素有关。临床上男性患病率显著高于女性，尤其是老人和婴幼儿[1]。腹股沟疝临床很常见，治疗方法也简单易行，多采取外科手术治疗，手术方式也较多
