精品论文 参考文献 肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者采用保留膀胱手术治疗后应用膀胱内灌注不同药物化疗治疗的临床疗效探讨 黑龙江省龙江县第一人民医院 161100 摘要：目的：研究分析肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者采用保留膀胱手术治疗后应用膀胱内灌注不同药物化疗治疗的临床效果观察。方法：此次研究的对象是选取2014年11月到2015年11月于我院就诊的肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者共56例，利用计算机把患者随机分为两组，即观察组和对照组，每组28例患者。观察组28例患者中男性患者19例，对照组28例患者中男性患者15例，女性患者13例。观察组患者在手术后采用呲柔比星药物进行辅助治疗，对照组患者在手术后采用撕裂霉素药物进行辅助治疗，两组患者在治疗1年后，综合比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的不良反应率是28.57%，对照组的不良反应率是60.71%，观察组的不良反应发生率明显要低于对照组不良反应发生率；观察组的治疗总有效率是85.71%，对照组的治疗总有效率是64.29%。结论：对肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者采用保留膀胱手术治疗后联合呲柔比星进行辅助治疗，在临床上的治疗显著，能够降低患者并发症的发生率，提高患者的生活质量。 关键词：肌层浸润性膀胱癌；撕裂霉素；呲柔比星 [Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical effect of bladder instillation of different drugs in the treatment of muscle invasive bladder cancer. Methods：the object of the study is selected 2014 november november 2015 in our hospital for treatment of myometrial invasion of bladder cancer patients，a total of 56 cases，the use of computers to patients were randomly divided into two groups，the observation group and the control group（n = 28 cases of patients. Observation group of 28 cases of male patients in 19 cases，the control group of 28 cases of male patients in 15 cases，13 cases of female patients. Observation group patients after the surgery with bared soft than star drug therapy，patients in the control group after the surgery using tear to hygromycin drug therapy，patients in the two groups after 1 year of treatment，comprehensive compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results：in the observation group，the adverse reaction rate is 28.57%，control group，the rate of adverse reactions was 60.71%. In the observation group，the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group，the incidence rate of adverse reaction；in the observation group，the total efficiency of the treatment is 85.71%，the control group，the total efficiency of the treatment was 64.29%.
