精品论文 参考文献 股前外侧皮瓣移植修复颌面部组织缺损规范化护理的临床应用 王莉 　　（重庆医科大学附属一院口腔颌面外科 重庆 400000） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨口腔颌面外科规范化护理在血管化游离股前外侧皮瓣修复组织缺损的应用效果。方法：选取我科在2013年2月至2015年4月收治的各种颌面部缺损的患者共50例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各25例。观察组在修复术围术期给予规范化护理干预，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组皮瓣一次性存活率，并发症发生率及护理质量满意度。结果：观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。观察组患者对护理服务满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论:规范化的护理干预可以提高股前外侧皮瓣移植修复颌面部组织缺损手术的安全性，加强皮瓣的存活，减少并发症，提高率患者对护理的满意度，可在临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】 游离股前外侧皮瓣；口腔颌面部；组织缺损；规范化护理 　　【中图分类号】R472 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）11-0051-02 　　The clinical application of the standardized nursing for the reconstruction of maxillofacial defects by the transplantation of the anterior lateral thigh flap Wang Li. The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Chongqing 400000, China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of standardization nursing in reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects using vascularized free anterolateral flap around operation.Methods To choose our department in February 2013 to April 2015,a total of 50 patients with all kinds of maxillofacial defect,randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases each.Perioperative observation group in prosthesis for standardized nursing intervention,the control group given routine nursing care,compared two groups of flap one-time survival rate,incidence of complications and nursing quality satisfaction.Results The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group with significant difference(Plt;0.05).The satisfactory rate toward nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group with significant difference(Plt;0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing intervention can improve femoral anterolateral flap transplantation to repair maxillofacial tissue defect in the operation safety,strengthen the skin flap survival,reduce the complications and improve the rate of patients satisfaction of nursing i
