精品论文 参考文献 肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨大结节骨折伴肩关节脱位诊治分析 武汉市黄陂区中医院骨科 湖北武汉 430300 摘要：目的：探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨大结节骨折伴肩关节脱位的诊治分析。方法：方法：2014年10月-2015年9月收治肱骨大结节骨折伴肩关节脱位患者13例，采用臂丛麻醉下手法复位，待肿胀消退后行肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗，术后随访骨折愈合时间及术后1年肩关节功能评分。结果：所有患者均获临床随访，随访时间为12-15个月，平均12.3plusmn;2.5个月，无明显手术并发症的发生，影像学骨折愈合时间为8.3周，Constant评分为87分，其中优8例，良4例，中1例。结论：肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨大结节骨折伴肩关节脱位疗效确切，可早期进行功能锻炼及利于功能恢复。 关键词：肱骨近端锁定钢板；肱骨大结节骨折；肩关节脱位 The proximal humerus locking plate for treatment of large nodules in diagnosis and treatment of fracture dislocation analysis Qian Shiling （Department of orthopedics，Wuhan Huangpi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine Hubei Wuhan 430300） [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effect of proximal humeral locking plate for treatment of humeral tubercle diagnosis and treatment of dislocation fracture.Methods：October 2014 -2015 year in September were of greater tuberosity of humerus fracture with shoulder dislocation in 13 cases，the manipulation under brachial plexus anesthesia to be reset，the swelling after the proximal humerus locking plate fixation，postoperative fracture healing time and postoperative shoulder joint function score of 1 years.Results：all the patients were clinical follow-up，follow-up time was 12-15 months，an average of 12.3 + 2.5 months，without obvious complications，radiographic healing time was 8.3 weeks.The Constant score is 87 points，of which 8 cases of excellent，good in 4 cases，in 1 cases.Conclusion：the proximal humerus locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of greater tuberosity of humerus with shoulder joint dislocation fracture curative effect，early functional exercise and for functional recovery. [keyword] proximal humeral locking plate；fracture of greater tuberosity of humerus；shoulder dislocation 肱骨大结节骨折合并肩关节脱位作为临床较为常见的骨折类型，多见于高能量损伤，约占肩关节脱位的30 %[1]。当前对于此类疾病的治疗多采用螺钉、克氏针／张力带等方式，有早期内固定松动可能进而影响肩关节的功能。2014年10月-2015年9月收治肱骨大结节骨折伴肩关节脱位患者13例，采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗，疗效确切，现汇报如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料：2014年10月-2015年9月收治肱骨大结节骨折伴肩关节脱位患者13例，手术均由同一医师主刀完成。
