精品论文 参考文献 肾衰宁片治疗慢性肾功能不全的效果研究 江苏省连云港市第二人民医院肾内科 江苏 连云港222000 【摘要】目的：研究分析肾衰宁片治疗慢性肾功能不全的效果。方法：选取在我院治疗的慢性肾功能不全患者70例(2013年4月~2014年7月)。将其动态随机化分2组，研究组和对照组各35例。对照组慢性肾功能不全患者给予包醛氧淀粉进行治疗，研究组慢性肾功能不全患者给予肾衰宁片进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效和肾功能指标变化情况。结果：研究组慢性肾功能不全患者的临床总有效率为（91.43%）,对照组慢性肾功能不全患者的临床总有效率为（65.71%），对比两组患者临床总有效率存在明显差异（Plt;0.05）；研究组患者治疗后的尿素氮与血肌酐分别为（10.28plusmn;4.96）mmol/L、（234.34plusmn;129.07）umol/L，与对照组治疗后相比较，研究组患者下降更明显（Plt;0.05）。结论：采用肾衰宁片对慢性肾功能不全患者进行治疗的效果显著,能有效改善患者的肾功能情况,在临床上可以广泛应用。 【关键词】肾衰宁片；慢性；肾功能不全；效果 【中图分类号】R473【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)08-0038-01 【Abstract】Objective: To study the analysis Shenshuaining tablets in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency results. Methods: In chronic renal insufficiency, 70 patients in our hospital (April 2013 - July 2014). The dynamic randomized divided into two groups, the study group and the control group 35 cases.
