精品论文 参考文献 肿瘤化疗的抑郁情绪治疗性沟通的临床研究 钟亮 蔡茂德 曾湖 韦华军 （广东省高州市人民医院肿瘤化疗科 广东高州 525200） 【摘要】目的 探讨对肿瘤化疗的抑郁情绪、负性自动思维及生活质量方面治疗性沟通的干预效果。方法 选取恶性肿瘤初次化疗的患者56例，随机分为观察组和对照组各28例。观察组在一般管理的基础上给予治疗性沟通干预，对照组给予一般管理。采用评抑郁量表(SDS)、自动思维问卷(ATQ)和生命质量测评问卷(QLQ—C30 3.0)分别对两组干预前后进行评价。结果 对比两组的抑郁情绪、负性自动思维及生活质量方面观察组优于对照组，差异有非常显著性意义（plt;0.05）。结论 肿瘤化疗的抑郁情绪给予治疗性沟通进行干预对患者的抑郁情绪、负性自动思维和生活质量有显著改善，证明肿瘤化疗心理干预的有效性和可行性，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】肿瘤化疗 抑郁情绪 治疗性沟通 效果 【中图分类号】R730.53 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2012）02-0015-02 Tumor after chemotherapy of depression application of therapeutic communication system Zhong Liang, Cai promos, Ceng Hu, Wei Huajun Guangdong Provincial Peoples Hospital of Gaozhou City Department of tumor chemotherapy Gaozhou, 525200 【Abstract】Objective To investigate on chemotherapy of depressed mood, negative automatic thoughts and life quality of therapeutic communication intervention effect. Method to select initial chemotherapy for patients with malignant tumor in 56 cases, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 28 cases in each group. The observation group in general management based on a given therap eutic communication intervention, the control group was given t he general management. Using the rating DepressionScale ( SDS ), the Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire ( ATQ ) and quality of lif e questionnaire ( QLQ C30 3 ) respectively in two groups before and after intervention evaluation. Results comparison of the two groups of depressed mood, negative automatic thoughts and life quality of observation group was better than the control group, the difference was significant (Plt;0.05 ). Conclusion tumor chemotherapy treatment of depressive emotion communication intervention for patients with depressive mood, negative automatic thoughts and quality of life has improved significantly, to demonstrate the tumor chemotherapy psychological intervention is effective and feasible, it is worthy of clinical application. 【Key words】
