精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的临床应用效果分析 江苏省常熟市第五人民医院 江苏常熟 215500 【摘要】 目的 观察腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗的临床应用效果，分析其可行性和有效性。方法 选择江苏省常熟市第五人民医院普外科自2012年2月至2015年1月期间收住入院的拟行胆囊切除术的110例患者，随机分为实验组和对照组两组，每组 55 例。实验组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，对照组实施传统开腹术。观察和比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院天数及术后并发症的发生情况。结果 实验组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院天数均明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下胆囊切除术与传统开腹术相比，可明显减少手术创伤，提高治疗效果，具有恢复快、并发症少等优点，不仅可行，而且很有效，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】腹腔镜；胆囊切除；并发症；疗效 Analysis of clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of patients，and analyze its feasibility and effectiveness. Methods In the Department of general surgery，Fifth Peoples Hospital of Changshou City，Jiangsu Province，from January 2015 to February 2012，110 patients admitted to hospital admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of two cases，each group of 55 cases.The experimental group was treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy，and the control group was treated with traditional open surgery.Observe and compare the operation time，blood loss，average length of stay and postoperative complications of the two groups. Results The average operation time，blood loss，average hospitalization days in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P lt; 0.05）；The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group，the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P lt; 0.05）.
