精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜与开腹结直肠癌根治术的短期疗效分析 王光庆1 秦成义1 李启信 1 姜藻2（通讯作者） 　　（1安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院普外一科 安徽合肥 238000） 　　（2东南大学附属中大医院肿瘤科 江苏南京 210009） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜技术在结肠癌根治性手术中的作用。方法：对腹腔镜下结肠癌手术19例与开腹结肠癌手术20例患者手术时间、术中失血量、切缘肿瘤细胞阳性情况、术中淋巴结清扫数，及术后的需要止痛的时间、禁食时间、术后住院时间、术后排气时间、术后下床时间、导尿管留置时间进行比较。结果：实验组手术时间、术中失血量、需要止痛的时间、禁食时间、术后住院时间分别为172.5plusmn;15.4min、100.5plusmn;10.2ml、1.3plusmn;0.4d、3.3plusmn;0.8d、8.9plusmn;1.8d，3.2plusmn;1.1d，3.8plusmn;1.4d，3.3plusmn;0.5d对照组分别为155.4plusmn;16.5min、187.5plusmn;50.2ml、2.5plusmn;0.6d、5.0plusmn;1.2d、12.9plusmn;1.4d,4.16plusmn;0.9d,5.9plusmn;2.4d,6.7plusmn;0.4d两组比较，存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。在淋巴结清扫数、切缘阳性率、两组间比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论：腹腔镜技术在结肠癌根治术中起到减少术中出血，缩短禁食时间，缩短住院时间的作用。 　　【关键词】 结肠癌 腹腔镜 开腹 　　【中图分类号】R730.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）20-0113-02 　　【Abstract】Objective: To explore the effect of Laparoscopic technology radical operation in colorectal cancer.
