精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜和小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆结石疗效及安全性对比研究 伍润华 　　泸州市纳溪区中医院外科 四川泸州646300 　　 　　摘要 [目的]探讨腹腔镜以及小切口胆囊切除术在治疗胆结石方面的临床疗效以及安全性。[方法]以我院2013年3月～2015年4月住院部的120例胆结石患者为研究对象，随机将其分为试验A、B两组，试验A组患者接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗，试验B组患者接受小切口胆囊切除术治疗，对两组患者的手术持续时间、手术过程中的失血量、住院时间长短，术后腹痛消失时间、不良反应发生率等量化指标进行统计学分析研究。[结果]统计结果显示试验A组患者以及试验B组患者的总治疗有效率分别为96.52%和83.21%，且试验A组患者的手术时间、手术过程中的出血量、住院时间术后腹痛消失时间等均明显优于试验B组，以上统计结果均具有显著统计学意义(P＜0.05)。[结论]腹腔镜胆囊切术在治疗胆囊结石方面的临床效果及安全性更高，具有更好的临床应用价值。 　　关键词 腹腔镜胆囊切除术；小切口胆囊切除术；胆结石 　　[Abstract] [Objective] Investigate laparoscopic and small incision cholecystectomy in treatment of cholelithiasis clinical efficacy and safety. [Methods] in April in our hospital in March 2013 to 2015 inpatient department of 120 cases of gallstone patients as the research object, random divided into test a, B two groups, the test in group A patients received laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment, test group B patients underwent small incision cholecystectomy treatment, duration of the operation of two groups of patients, operation in the process of blood loss, length of hospital stay, postoperative pain disappearing time, adverse reactions occur rate quantization index were statistically analyzed research.
