精品论文 参考文献 腹部外伤大出血抢救的手术室护理配合 黄凤和广州市荔湾区人民医院手术室 广东广州 510370 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨分析腹部外伤大出血抢救的手术室护理配合。方法：回顾性分析我院于2012 年1 月~2013 年12 月收治的100 例腹部外伤大出血患者的病理资料，观察分析腹部外伤大出血患者手术的术前准备、特殊器械的管理以及术中配合等相关的护理措施。结果：100 例腹部外伤大出血手术室抢救的患者经过手术室护理配合，仅仅有2 例（2%）出现了弥散性血管内凝血综合征，患者经及时的抢救，不存在生命危险。其余98 例（98%）腹部外伤大出血患者在手术室抢救护理配合之后全部痊愈出院。结论：腹部外伤大出血的抢救手术对于手术室的配合要求有着严格的要求，护士在手术室护理配合过程中，要做好术前的准备工作，术中对病人的生命体征进行密切的观察，对手术器械和仪器的性能做到充分的熟悉，充分掌握手术配合的具体操作步骤，进而对手术室抢救工作的顺利开展加以保证。 　　【关键词】腹部外伤大出血；手术室抢救；护理配合Abdominal trauma hemorrhage rescue of the operating room nursing cooperationHuang FengheGuangzhou liwan district peoples hospital operating room 510370【Abstract 】 objective ： to study the analysis of abdominal trauma hemorrhage rescue of the operating room nursingcooperation.Methods：a retrospective analysis in January 2012 ~ December 2013 admitted 100 cases of abdominal trauma hemorrhage inpatients with pathological data，observing and analyzing the preoperative preparation of patients with abdominal trauma hemorrhage surgery，special equipment management and intraoperative coordination with the related nursing measures.Results：100 patients with abdominaltrauma hemorrhage operating room rescue after the operating room nursing coordination，there is only 2 cases（2%）appeared diffuseintravascular coagulation syndrome，the patient by the timely rescue，there is no danger.The remaining 98 cases（98%）patients withabdominal trauma hemorrhage rescue in the operating room nursing cooperation all recovered after discharged from hospital.Conclusion：abdominal trauma hemorrhage rescue operation has strict requirements with the requirements for the operating room，the nurse in theoperating room nursing cooperation in the process，must complete the preoperative preparation，intraoperative to closely observe the patientsvital signs，for surgical instruments and apparatusKey words：abdominal trauma hemorrhage；The operating room rescue；Nursing cooperation 　　腹部外伤大出血作为外科临床中常见的一种急腹症，发病较急，病情存在一定的凶险，严重威胁着患者的生命安全[1]。 　　手术室作为腹部外伤大出血患者的治疗场所之一，对于如何做好手术室的
