英语阅读课教学问题与对策
摘要:新课程理念要求教师采取有效的教学方式,使学生获得综合技能,感受成功的喜悦。本文就英语阅读课型教学模式存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了有效的对策。

《英语课程标准》倡导的教学模式是:让学生在教师的组织和指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现课程目标,感受成功的喜悦。这要求教师避免在课堂上采用单纯传授语言知识或者过分追求形式的教学方式,而采用与新课标理念相匹配的“任务型”教学途径。
而在日常的英语教学活动中,仍有很多教师采用一种传统的“填鸭式”教学模式。也有些教师为了改变以教师为中心而突出学生主体作用和体现外语交际教学思想,在阅读教学中采用了提问或对话的教学模式,但由于教学模式自身以及人为的原因,导致这类模式仍存在一定的不足之处。
本文以牛津高中英语模块三Unit 1 The World Of Our Senses为例,分析一下这些课型模式存在的问题,并提出有效的对策。
T: In this period, we will read a story about what happened to a young lady on a thick foggy afternoon. And the title of this article is Fog. First, answer my questions.
Whatrsquo;s the weather usually like in summer in Nanjing?
S1: Itrsquo;s very hot.
T: How do you feel on a foggy day?

T: OK, Have you ever lost your way in the fog? What would you do if you got lost in the fog?
