精品论文 参考文献 血浆肌钙蛋白I和脑钠肽在冠心病心力衰竭患者中的水平研究 彭文娟 马利平 　　（河北省沙河市人民医院 河北 邢台 054100） 　　【摘要】 目的：通过测定患者的血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的水平变化,以探讨联合检测血浆脑钠肽、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ浓度水平变化在冠心病心力衰竭诊治中的临床意义。方法：选取2013年8月—2014年12月在我院住院80例确诊冠心病心力衰竭患者和34例正常人，根据心功能不同的级别分为Ⅱ级，Ⅲ级，Ⅳ级，分别抽取静脉血测定肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)和脑钠肽（BNP）水平，比较分析各组间肌钙蛋白I(cTnⅠ)、脑钠肽(BNP)浓度水平的差异。结果：随着心功能分级的升高，肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)和脑钠肽（BNP）检测水平也不断增加。差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平和脑钠肽（BNP）水平有助于了解冠心病心力衰竭预后，具有重要临床意义。 　　【关键词】冠心病；心力衰竭；肌钙蛋白I；脑钠肽 　　【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）06-0122-02 　　Research on plasma troponin I and levels of brain natriuretic peptide in heart failure patients with coronary heart disease Peng Wenjuan, Ma Liping. Methods Choose between 2013.8 to 2014.12 months 80 cases hospitalized in our hospital diagnosed coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with heart failure and 34 cases of normal people, according to the different level of cardiac function can be divided into level Ⅱ, Ⅲ level, level Ⅳ, respectively to extract determination of venous blood troponin I (cTnI) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level, the comparative analysis between the groups of troponin I (cTnⅠ), differences in the levels of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) concentration. Results With the increase of cardiac function classification, troponin I (cTnI) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels are increased. The difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05).
