精品论文 参考文献 血液净化临床护理带教中程序教学模式的应用研究 张敏 魏红 华梅婷 范建桢 　　江苏省无锡市人民医院 江苏无锡 214000 　　【摘 要】目的：研究血液净化临床护理带教中应用程序教学模式的效果。方法：选取2013年1月至2013年12月期间我院血液净化中心学习血液净化技术的护士20例作为对照组，采取一对一的模式进行带教，同时选取我院2014年1月至2014年12月在我血液净化中心学习血液净化技术的护士20例作为观察组，并采取程序教学模式进行带教工作，即在一对一的模式基础上联合进行每周一次理论知识和操作培训，分析比较两种带教模式对初学者在理论知识掌握、操作技能以及对带教模式满意度等方面的应用效果。结果：观察组实习生的理论知识和操作技能的平均分数均高于对照组实习生，观察组实习生的满意度90%高于对照组满意度60%，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论：应用程序教学模式于血液净化临床护理带教中有利于实习生对理论知识和操作技能的掌握，提高了对带教模式的满意度，有临床应用的价值。 　　【关键词】血液净化；临床护理带教；程序教学模式；效果 　　【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0446-02 　　Application of blood purification in clinical nursing education program teaching mode 　　【Abstract】Objective:To study of blood purification effect in clinical nursing teaching teaching mode applications.Methods: 20 cases were select the period from January 2014 to June 2014 in our hospital blood purification center study of blood purification technology in the control group, to take one to one teaching mode, while our hospital in August 2014 to 2015 3 month in my blood purification center study of blood purification technology as the observation group, 20 cases of nurses and teaching modes to take the program to work with teaching, that one of the models on the basis of a joint once a week theoretical knowledge and hands-on training, analysis and comparison two teaching mode for beginners to master the theoretical knowledge, skills and operational application effect on satisfaction with teaching mode and other aspects.Results:Intern observation group average scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills were higher intern, intern observation group satisfaction Satisfaction 90% higher than 60%, the difference was significant, P lt;0.05.Conclusion:Applications teaching model in clinical care for blood purification in favor of teaching interns theoretical knowledge and operational skills to master and improve the teaching mode of satisfaction, there is value in clinical applications. 　　【Key word】Blood purification; clinic
