精品论文 参考文献 血清CEACAM1和CEA联合检测对大肠癌早期诊断的临床分析 蒋敦科 刘莹（通讯作者） 　　（广西医科大学第一附属医院老年消化 广西 南宁 530021） 　　【摘要】 目的：通过探讨血清CEACAM1和CEA联合检测对大肠癌早期诊断，旨在为临床提高大肠癌早期诊断率提供理论依据。方法：选择2009年6月-2014年6月在我院接受检查并确定为大肠癌早期患者40例作为研究组，再选择同期接受检查的健康体检者40例作为对照组，对比两组患者血清CEACAM1和CEA水平，及检测敏感度和特异度。结果：研究组患者血清CEACAM1为(48.09plusmn;1.09)ng/mL、CEA水平为(7.69plusmn;1.21) ng/mL，均显著高于对照组，且Plt;0.05差异有统计学意义，同时血清CEACAM1和CEA联合检测敏感性显著高于单纯检测。结论：血清CEACAM1和CEA联合检测敏感性及准确性高，可以作为大肠癌早期诊断的重要依据。 　　【关键词】CEACAM1；CEA；大肠癌；早期诊断 　　【中图分类号】R735.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）11-0020-02 　　 　　Clinical analysis for early diagnosis of colorectal cancer by joint detection CEACAM1 and CEA in the serum Jiang Dunke, Liu Ying.The First Afiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, Guangxi, Nanning 530021, China 　　【Abstract】Objective By joint detection CEACAM1 and CEA in the serum, study on the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer, and provide theoretical basis for improving the early diagnostic rate of colorectal cancer.Methods Choose 40 cases patient with as the research group, in June 2009 to June 2014, they was identified as early colorectal cancer in our hospital .
