中医理论在异位妊娠急诊绿色通道护理的应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探?中医理论在改进异位妊娠急诊绿色通道护理中的应用价值。 方法 分别选取2014年1月～2014年12月（改进异位妊娠绿色通道护理方案前）和2015年1月～2015年12月期间（改进异位妊娠绿色通道护理方案后）于广东省中医院急诊科确诊为异位妊娠并接受手术治疗的各28例患者作为对照组和观察组，记录并分析两组患者从急诊到手术室时间、住院时间、住院费用、盆腔积血量等方面的不同，以及使用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和生活质量量表（GQOL-74）评价患者的焦虑状况和生活质量。 结果 观察组患者在急诊科到手术室时间、住院时间、住院费用、盆腔积血量等方面均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组患者的生活质量水平明显提高，且焦虑水平明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P 　　[关键词] 中医理论；异位妊娠；急诊绿色通道；应用研究 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）04（a）-0170-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of TCM theory in improving the nursing of emergency green channel for ectopic pregnancy. Methods The patients who were diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy and treated in the Emergency Department， Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects. 28 patients treated in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 （before improving the ectopic pregnancy green channel care program） were regarded as the control group and 28 patients treated from January 2015 to December 2015 （after improving ectopic pregnancy green channel care program ） were as the observation group. The time from the Emergency Department to the operation room， hospitalization time， hospitalization expenses and the volume of pelvic hematocele of two groups were recorded and analyzed， and anxiety and quality of life of patients were assessed by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and quality of life scale （GQOL-74）. Results Compared to the control group， patients in the observation group were significantly better in the time from the Department of Emergency to the operation room， hospitalization time， hospitalization expenses and the volume of pelvic hematocele and other aspects， with statistically significant difference （P 0.05）. Compared to the control group， the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was significantly better， and the anxiety of aquatic products was significantly lower， with statistically significant
