精品论文 参考文献 长柄人工股骨头置换治疗老年骨质疏松粉碎性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床研究 湖南省郴州市临武县人民医院骨科 424300 摘要：目的：研究和观察治疗老年骨质疏松粉碎性股骨粗隆间骨折患者时使用长柄人工股骨头置换的治疗效果。方法：收集老年骨质疏松粉碎性股骨粗隆间骨折患者共60例，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各组30例，对照组患者采用传统内固定方法的治疗方式，观察组使用长柄人工股骨头置换的方法进行治疗，将两组患者的临床效果进行观察和对比。结果：通过对本案进行观察发现，观察组患者住院时间明显短于对照组患者（P＜0.05），且观察组患者康复后负重行走时间明显长于对照组患者（p＜0.05），两组患者康复满意度调查中，观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组患者（p＜0.05）。结论：在老年骨质疏松粉碎性股骨粗隆间骨折患者的治疗过程中使用长柄人工股骨头置换法进行治疗，能够有效改善患者的术后负重行走情况，缩短患者的住院时间，并提高患者的满意度，值得推广应用。 关键词：长柄人工股骨头置换；老年骨质疏松；粉碎性股骨粗隆间骨折 Long handle artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of senile osteoporosis comminuted intertrochanteric fractures of clinical research Abstract：objective：to study and observe the treatment of senile osteoporosis patients with comminuted intertrochanteric fractures with a long handle the therapeutic effect of artificial femoral head replacement.Methods：the senile osteoporosis were collected a total of 60 cases of patients with comminuted intertrochanteric fractures，patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group，each group 30 cases and control group were treated by traditional internal fixation method of treatment，the observation group with long handle artificial femoral head replacement for treatment，will the clinical effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results：through the study of the observation of the case found that the observation group of patients in hospital time significantly shorter than the control group（P lt; 0.05），and the observation group of patients after rehabilitation weight-bearing walking time significantly longer than the control group patients（P lt; 0.05），two groups of patients satisfaction survey，and patient satisfaction observation group was obviously higher than that of control group patients（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：in senile osteoporosis treatment in patients with comminuted intertrochanteric fractures using long-handled artificial femoral head replacement method in the process of treatment，can effectively improve the patients po
