精品论文 参考文献 闭合复位克氏针内固定结合外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效观察 陕西省西安市中心医院 陕西 西安 710000 【摘要】目的 探讨闭合复位克氏针内固定结合外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的治疗效果。方法 选取2011年3月到2015年12月我院收治的40名桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者单纯使用外固定架（未使用克氏针固定），观察组实施闭合复位克氏针内固定联合外固定架治疗，比较两组患者治疗的效果以及关节功能情况。结果 与对照组相比，观察组患者的DASH评分和Gartland -Werley评分都具有明显的优势，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。两组术后骨折愈合时间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。经过治疗，观察组优13例，占65.0%，良5例，占25.0%，差2例，占10.0%，优良率为90.0%；对照组优10例，占50.0%，良3例，占15.0%，差7例，占35.0%，优良率为65.0%。两组优良率相比差异具有统计学意义（X2=8.527，P＜0.05）。在治疗过程中观察组有1名患者发生移位，中移率为5.0%，对照组有5名患者发生移位现象，中移率为25.0%，两组中移率差异具有统计学意义（X2=11.523，P＜0.05）。结论 桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者实施闭合复位克氏针内固定结合外固定架治疗操作简单，固定牢靠，能够有效降低并发症，提高关节功能。 【关键词】桡骨远端粉碎性骨折；闭合复位克氏针内固定；外固定支架；疗效 【中图分类号】R605.975【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)09-0285-02 Abstract Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of closed reduction and fixation combined with external fixation of comminuted distal radius fractures Kirschner wire.
