精品论文 参考文献 闭合复位小切口内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效分析 （成都市武侯区第五人民医院 四川 成都 610040） 　　【摘要】 目的：观察分析闭合复位小切口内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法：选取我院2013年2月～2016年2月收治的46例股骨颈骨折患者，运用双色球随机分组法分为观察组（n=23）和对照组（n=23），对照组患者接受人工关节置换术治疗，观察组患者采用闭合复位小切口内固定治疗，观察两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组骨折愈合有效率91.30%，高于对照组的65.22%；观察组患者关节功能优良率82.61%，高于对照组的65.22%（Plt;0.05）。结论：针对股骨颈骨折患者，闭合复位小切口内固定治疗效果确切，有利于加快骨折愈合速度，改善患者生活质量，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 股骨颈骨折；闭合复位小切口内固定；临床效果 　　【中图分类号】R683 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）30-0017-02 　　Clinical analysis of the treatment of femoral neck fracture with closed reduction and internal fixation 　　Yin Hong. Methods From February 2013 to February 2013 were of 46 patients with femoral neck fracture, by applying the method of the double chromosphere randomized divided into observation group (n = 23) and the control group (n = 23), control group patients underwent artificial joint replacement, observation group were treated by closed reduction and internal fixation with small incision treating, observing effect of two groups of patients. Results The observation group of fracture healing effectiveness 91.30%, 65.22% higher than the control group; Observation group of patients with joint function was 82.61%, 65.22% higher than that of control group (P lt; 0.05).
