精品论文 参考文献 闭合复位动力髋锁定钢板内固定术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床价值 永州市中心医院（南院） 湖南永州 425000 【摘 要】 目的 探讨闭合复位动力髋锁定钢板内固定术在股骨粗隆间骨折中的治疗效果。方法 收集2014 年9 月至2015 年9 月我院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者60 例，采用随机数字法分为两组，对照组（n=30）使用动力髋螺钉进行治疗，观察组（n=30）使用闭合复位动力髋锁定钢板内固定治疗术进行治疗，比较两组患者一般手术情况和髋关节的恢复效果。结果 观察组患者手术时间为78.43plusmn;10.05 min，对照组为113.58plusmn;12.68 min，Plt;0.05；观察组患者术中出血量为275.94plusmn;78.49 mL，对照组为418.59plusmn;91.59 mL，Plt;0.05；观察组患者术后引流量为84.09plusmn;10.59 mL，对照组为109.44plusmn;12.78 mL，Plt;0.05；观察组患者骨折愈合时间为16.17plusmn;2.18 周，对照组为19.07plusmn;3.56 周，Plt;0.05；观察组患者髋关节功能评分优良率为93.33 %，对照组为80.00 %，Plt;0.05。结论 闭合复位动力髋锁定钢板内固定治疗术可有效提高股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果，且手术操作简单、术中创伤小，对于改善患者髋关节活动能力和预后效果具有积极作用，值得推广应用。 【关键词】闭合复位；动力髋锁定钢板；内固定；股骨粗隆间骨折 [Abstract] objective to study the percutaneous minimally invasive bone plate fixation（MIPPO）the clinical curative effect of treatment of distal tibia fractures.Methods select our hospital during the October 2014 - October 2014 treated 126 cases of patients with distal tibial fracture as the research object，according to the different treatment to each 63 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group，the observation group MIPPO treatment，control group treated by open reduction and internal fixation，compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results the observation group of patients with operation time，intraoperative blood loss，fracture healing time，full weight above the indexes were significantly better than that of control group（P lt; 0.01）; Two groups of postoperative Baird score compared with preoperative were significantly improved，increase amplitude is greater than the control group，the observation group comparative differences are statistically significant（P lt; 0.01）; Complication rates 3.2%，the observation group was obviously less than 17.5% in the control group（P lt; 0.01）; Observation group of patients was 100%，88.9% in control group，difference between groups was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion percutaneous minimally invasive
