精品论文 参考文献 静脉麻醉行人工流产术的临床效果观察 袁玉梅 　　(苏州市工业园区娄葑医院妇产科 江苏 苏州 215000) 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨静脉麻醉行人工流产术的临床效果。方法：选取2013年4月至2014年1月在我院行人工流产术的患者96例，按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各48例，观察组采用静脉麻醉辅助人工流产术，对照组采用宫旁神经阻滞麻醉辅助人工流产术，观察两组镇痛效果、宫口松弛程度、手术时间、术中出血量和人工流产综合征发生率。结果：两组除了术中出血量无明显差异(P＞0.05)之外，观察组镇痛效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)，宫口松弛总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)，手术时间明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)，人工流产综合征发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：静脉麻醉行人工流产术能够减轻患者的疼痛，缩短手术时间，降低人工流产综合征发生率，值得临床进一???推广。 　　【关键词】 静脉麻醉；人工流产术；临床效果 　　【中图分类号】R614 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）26-0030-03 　　Observe clinical effect of intravenous anesthesia do induced abortion operation 　　Yuan Yumei. Methods Choose between April 2013 and January 2013 in our hospital 96 cases of patients with induced abortion, according to random number table method each 48 cases were divided into observation group and control group, observation group USES the intravenous anesthesia auxiliary artificial abortion operation, the control group USES the palace nerve block anesthesia aided by artificial abortion operation, observe two groups of analgesic effect, palace mouth sags, operation time, intraoperative blood loss and incidence of induced abortion syndrome. Results Bleeding amount of the two groups in addition to no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), the analgesia effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group (P lt; 0.05), the palace mouth relax total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group (P lt; 0.05), the operation time significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05), the incidence of induced abortion syndrome significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusions Line intravenous anesthesia abortion surgery can ease the pain of patients, shorten the operation time, reduce the incidence of induced abortion syndrome, is wort
