精品论文 参考文献 颅内胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤的临床及MRI诊断 李占翠 （解放军第88医院放射科 山东泰安 271000） 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨颅内胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤（DNT）的临床及MRI表现特征，以提高诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析13例经手术和病理证实的颅内胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤的MRI表现，全部病例术前均行MRI平扫及增强扫描，重点研究DNT的发生部位、形态特征、MRI信号特点、强化方式等情况。结果 13例临床均以癫痫为主要症状，神经系统检查无定位体征，13例患者的病灶均局限于皮层或以皮层为主，呈长T1长T2信号，病灶以额顶叶最多见，9例病灶形态呈典型的三角征；9例患者肿瘤内均见到多发囊变区及等信号分隔，11例瘤周无水肿，增强扫描3例有轻度强化。结论 DNT的临床及MRI影像学表现具有特征性，综合判断有助于本病的诊断。 　　【关键词】脑 胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤 磁共振成像 临床 　　【中图分类号】R730 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）36-0074-02 　　MRI and Clinical Diagnosis of Intracranial Dysembryoplastic Neuroepithelial Tumor 　　LI Zhan cui 　　Department of Radiology, PLA the 88 Hospital,Taian,271000,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical MRI inaging and features of intracranial dysmbryoplastuc neuroepithelial tumor (DNT) so that to improve its accurate diagnosis.Methods The MRI findings of 13 cases of DNT comfired operatively and pothelogically were reviewed. All the 13 DNTs were scanned by MR plain scan and enhanced scan，The emphasis was played on the location, the morpholagicai character , MRI signals ,and therehanced manners of DNT. Results All patients had opilepsia as the man symptom,but the neurological deficits were absent,The focus of all 13 patients were located in the cerebral cortex or mostly in the cerebral cortex..The lesions appeared as lorg T1 and T2signal intensing,and lesions was predominantly located in the frontal and parietal lobes. Modality of 9 cases lesion was typical trianglesing.The lesions of 9 cases showed multiple cystic changes, and equal signal compatmentation. 11 casea devoided of peritumoral edema or mass effect.The lesions had cmild st enhancement in 3 cases.
