B: It takes …. A: How far is it from …to…? B:It’s …. 3. 学会并掌握如何写电子邮件。 4.鼓励学生将所学知识与生活相联系的能力,培养学生自主复习和学习能力。 Review some words about different kinds of the transportation. ( 一 ) Look and say: Show the pictures one by one and review some words about different kinds of the transportation. ( 二 ) Revision:How do you get to school? Let the Ss talk about the ways they get to school. 设计意图:用图片能极大地调动学生学习英语的热情,并能起到复习巩固本单元单词和句型的目的。 二.Practice ( 一 ) Pairwork First make conversations with the sentence structures .Then write them down. 设计意图:设置情景,让学生做一些自由对话,再让学生把它们写下来。只有说和写有机的结合才收到好的效果.通过谈论到校方式,花费的时间,距离,为下面的写电子邮件打下基础。 ( 二 ) Complete the e-mail with the words in the box. Let some Ss read the words in the box. Then let other Ss say the meaning of the words.. Ss read and fill in the e-mail . Then check the answers. Pre-writing 1. T: Write an e-mail to Tom and tell him how you get to school .Ask and answer the below questions . A: When do you leave home? B: I usually leave home at half past seven. A: How do you get to school? B: First, I walk to the subway station. Then I take the subway to school. A: How far is it from your home to school? B: My school is about ten kilometers from my home. A: How long does it take you to get to school? B: It usually takes me about half an hour to get to school. A:Do you like your trip to school? B: Yes, I do. 设计意图:通过对话练习,为下面的写作打下基础。 2. T: Well, write an e-mail with the help of the answers above. 四.Writing strategies Ask students to look at the e-mail in 3a and tell how to write an e-mail. 1. 先根据自己的实际情况回答五个提示问题。 2. 将五个答语连成一段连贯的文字。 3. 适当发挥自己的想象, 写出其他可能的句子。 4.按e-mail, 先向对方进行问候, 或客套。然后, 将以上文字整理成一篇小信件。 5. 最后, 再通读一遍自己的作品, 看有没有错误或不通顺的地方。就大功告成了! 设计意图:通过对话和观察电子邮件的写法,学生逐步感知电子邮件的结构,抓住写作的
