精细化护理对幵窗式取骨植骨手术中的 预后效果影响 赵婿付卫红鲍磊曹丽赵薇薇 南京中医药大学附属八一医院手术室江苏省南京市 明基医院手术室 目的:探宄精细化护理对开窗式取骨植骨手术中的预后效果影响。方法:收集我院 收治的择期进行开窗式取骨植骨手术患者74例，随机分为对照组和试验组，每 组各37例，对照组予以常规护理，试验组在上述基础上予以精细化护理，两组 均予以开窗式取骨植骨手术，比较两组患者ROM评分优良率、11SS评分优良率、 骨骼愈合时间、一期愈合及二期愈合率、骨折压痛的消失时间、纵向叩击痛消除 时间、护理服务的满意度、手术依从性。结果：与对照组相比，试验组患者ROM 评分优良率以及HSS评分优良率较高，骨折压痛的消失时间以及纵向叩击痛消 除时间缩短，骨骼愈合时间缩短，一期愈合以及二期愈合率较高，患者对护理 服务的满意度以及手术的依从性评分较高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结 论:精细化护理为开窗式取骨植骨手术患者提供了更加全而细致的护理干预，从 而帮助促进骨骼愈合和植骨的增长，预后良好，适宜临床推广应用。 关键词： 精细化护理;开窗式取骨植骨手术;预后; 基金：江苏省卫生厅科研计划项A,（编号30130101365） Study on the Effect of Fenestration on Bone Graft and Bone Grafting by Meticulous Nursing ZHAO Tuan FU Weihone BAO Lei The Affiliated Bayi Hosnital ofNanjing University of Chinese Medicine; Abstract： Objective: To investigate the effect of fenestration on bone graft and bone grafting by meticulous nursing.
