Third Party Logistics is a service model, which is offered by a company except demand and supply. It is a service that is supplied by a 3PL company, which makes a contract with its customers. A 3PL company supplies more or less logistics services that are its customers needed. The present society commences the service concept. The service idea goes deep into public. The customer’s service is any logistics system to constitute the most important part. Actuality inside, the Chinese merchandise retail service market extends to open gradually after China joining into the WTO. Some international businesses in Third Party Logistics, such as TPG, UPS, DHL, FedEx, German Postal Service etc., enter the Third Party Logistics of China quickly. These strong competitors are big threat for Chinese logistics companies. How should the Chinese Third Party Logistics companies do? Improving customer’s service of the Chinese Third Party Logistics is the most important. This paper is to expound to Third Party logistics enterprise customer’s service thorough of the analytical study, pointing out some basic questions of Third Party Logistics services for customers, such as the definition of Third Party Logistics customer’s service, the questions of Chinese logistics services, the principle that is improving Third Party Logistics customer’s service etc.. It is in order to find something that is useful and to improve the customer’s service ability of the Chinese Third Party Logistics companies.
