China has eight kinds of cuisine of special local flavors. Shandong, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Hunan and Anhui cuisines all quite representative.Shandong cuisine is pure and not greasy. Famous dish is Fried Pork Mixed with Sweet and Sour Sauce.Sichuan cuisine is hot, spicy and sour. Famous dish is Mapo Tofu.Jiangsu cuisine is salty and sweet, and quite delicious. Famous dish is Nanjing Pressed Duck.?Guangdong cuisine is sour, sweet, bitter, hot and salty flavoring. Famous dish is Roasted Suckling Pig.Zhejiang Cuisine is not greasy, fresh, tender, soft. Famous dish is Fried Shrimps with Longjing Tea.Fujian cuisine tastes light and delicious and the color is beautiful. Famous dish is Fish Balls in Clear Soup.?Hunan cuisine is mostly seasoned with chili, and features sour, hot, delicious and fragrant tastes. Famous dish is Chicken with Chili and Pepper. Anhui dishes preserve most of the original taste and nutrition of the materials. Generally the food here is slightly spicy and salty. Famous dish is Stewed soft shell turtle with ham.Part C : Dialogues (对话)Dialogue 1:Waiter: Hello, ladies and gentleman! May I take your order now?Guest : Yes, we want to try some dishes in Sichuan style. What would you recommend to us?Waiter: What about Pork Lungs in Chili Sauce and Mapo Tofu?Guest: Is it typical Sichuan flavor?Waiter: Of course. Our chefs are more from Sichuan.Guest: Ok
