The Transference of Administrative Leadership Stylesin the Age of Information and Internet Technologies 1.LUO Da-ming 2.SHI Zheng-yi 3.WANG Qi School of Humanities and Social Science of UESTC, Chengdu, P.R.China, 610054 Abstract The inception of the information age and internet technologies has been changing the society in many aspects. This article analyses the certainty and the conditions of transferring the styles of administrative leadership and tries to offer the transferring directions of leadership styles in the process of informatization. The author probes the transference of the administrative leadership styles and tries to offer some useful information of the transference of leadership styles that can be more adaptable to the changes of information age and Internet technologies, which is combined with the background of information age, Internet technologies and the current social situation of China. Key words information age, Internet technologies, administrative leadership styles, transference 1 Introduction Since 1990s, the trend of the informatization floods to the whole world, the human being are advancing to the time of Internet and information. This big change exerts huge influence on people’s life; due to which the whole society is experiencing thoroughly change. Doubtless to say, this change will promote the transference of the administrative system and the style of the leadership. At present, Chinese scholars just began to research administrative leadership. Structurally and conceptually, the theories on administrative leadership are not mature. Following are some theories about administrative leadership style made by Chinese scholars. From the perspective of leadership science, the leadership style refers to the style through which the leader influences his subordinates, which is also the common expression of carrying out the leadership as well. So far as the administrative leadership style, it belongs to science of administrative leadership
