(intriguing?) and for the heads, although there still appears to be one siRNA copy for each LTR retrotransposon in the heads, the siRNAs in the heads primarily target mRNAs. B on this chart shows on the R a list of the transposons colored according to the ratio of antisense to sense reads found.
