卷烟厂物流自动化PLC控制系统的设计 摘要 建立自动化物流系统是烟草制造企业“十五” 、“十一五”乃至今后一段时间技改重点发展方向，烟草制造且也建立适合自己特点的自动化物流系统，能够将物料流和企业的生产经营管理有机结合起来，能够将企业内部采购、制造、诉讼存储实现一体化和自动化，从整体上提高企业生产制造能力水平，提高企业的核心竞争力。 可编程控制器(programmable logic controller)简称PLC。它是历年代以来，在集成电路计算机技术基础上发展起来的一种新兴工业控制设备。目前，国外已广泛的应用于自动化控制领域。PLC的生产商正不断地开发PLC，使PLC的应用面越来越广。近几年，国内在PLC开发应用方面的发展也很快，除许多从国外引进的设备、自动化生产线外，国产的机床设备已越来越多地采用PLC控制系统取代传统的机电接触、控制系统。 卷烟厂物流自动控制系统利用PLC控制技术，按照生产指令，通过系统的自动识别功能和输送系统，自动地和柔性地把托盘箱上生产物料，以最佳的路径，最快的速度，准确地从生产场地的一个位置输送到另一个位置，完成托盘箱和生产物料的时空转移，以保证工厂的设备和生产的高效率地运行。在本次设计中我们采用了可编程序控制器来控制物流设备的工作，真正实现了卷烟厂的自动化，这不仅节省了卷烟厂的人力，还提高了工作效率，降低了维护和操作者的劳动强度，改善了工作环境。增强了物流系统在运行中的实时性，而且操作简单易懂过程明确易于发现故障并且在短时间内排查，为检修带来了很大的方便。 Cigarette Factory Automation PLC logistics control system design Abstract Its a very important development direction of technology innovation for tobacco manufacturing companies during the periods of the tenth five-year and the eleventh five-year, that is, to establish the automated logistics system.
