AbstractInductionheatingtechnologyinthefieldofindustrialheatinghasbeenwidelyused,comparewiththetraditionaltypeofheatingasresistanceheating,flameheating,theefficiencyofheatinghasalreadyriseahighquantity,ithasdonelargecontributeforimprovementontraditionaltechnology,renewaltraditionalindustriesequipment,energyconservation,decreasegreenhousegasesrelease.But,totheinductionheatingitself,hisheatingefficiencyhasabiggerspacetoexalt.Whentheinductionheatingequipmentheattotheferrousmaterial,thecapacityfactorofequipmentwilldramaticdeclineagreatmanywhen theheatingtemperatureexceedthecuriepoint.Thereisaextensiveresearchforegroundonhowtoaccuracycontrolpoweroutputandrationaloptimizeparameterofequipment,toeffectivelyexaltationpowerfactorandheatingefficiency.Becauseofinductionheatingprocessisacomplexnon-linearelectricity,magnetism,hotmuchphysicalfieldcouplingprocess, the inductionheatingfiniteelementmodelingandparameteroptimizationisabottlenecktopersecuteinductionheatingaccuracycontrol.Currently,physicalfieldcouplinganalyseshasbecomeanimportanceproblemwhichcountercheck interdisciplinaryandfusioninvestigation.Coupledanalysishasbecomeacross-stopmultidisciplinaryintegrationoftheimportantissues.Inthefieldofsimulation,simulationhasbecomeacouplingoftopicsattheforefrontofthefield.Andtheestablishmentofinductionheatingcoupledsimulationofthisplatformtobecomeoneofthemaintasks.BasedontheCOMSOLcoupledanalysissoftwareapplicationsbasedonpartialdifferentialequationsitscorealgorithm,theintroductionof42CrMosteelrelativemagneticconductivity,resistivity,thermal conductivity and heatcapacityofthetime-varyingfunction,inductionheatingwiththeestablishmentofamathematicalmodelofinduction42CrMoheatinganalysisplatform.IIAttheexistingindustriesapplication，ithasbeenusedtoindirectcontrolofpoweroutputforinductionheatingbythedirectcontrolmodeoftherun-ontime，orcompletenessbylabour’sempiricalgapheattimecontrolmode.Textlodgeadirectcontrolmodewhichisseriesvariablepoweroutputmode.Establishedcomparisongroupwhichisequifina
