AbstractThesimulativeresearchonmutualcouplingprocessbetweentemperaturefieldandmicrostructurefieldduringtheprocessofelectronbeamquenchinghasanimportantmeaningonmanyparts:thelawandthe mutualactionamongtemperaturefield,stressfieldandmicrostructurefield,themechanismofphasetransformationhardening,theoptimizationofprocessparametersandsoon.Thetemperatureon whichthe austeniticbegantochangeiscalculatedbasedonthelawofScheilsuperpositioncalculation.GenerationamountoftheausteniticorganizationandmartensiticorganizationduringtheelectronbeamphasetransformationhardeningprocessiscalculatedadoptingtheAvramiequationandKoistinen-Marburgerformula.Gaussianheatsourcemodelischoseaccordingtotheheatsourcecharacterandactualworkingenvironment.Duringtheprocess,theeffectofthechangingofthermalphysicalparametersandthermalradiationonthesurfaceisconsidered.A3Dtransientcontinuousmotionandbilateralcoupledmodeloftemperaturefield-organizationfieldisestablish,whichistakelatentheatasthecoupledvariable.Thecouplingmodelissolvedandthedistributingrulesoftemperaturefieldandorganizationfieldarefound.TheresultisbasedonMatlabseconddevelopmentandtheCOMSOLsoftwareisusedduringthesolvingprocess.Howthelatentheatoforganizationtransformationaffectsthetemperaturefieldisstudiedandthetemperaturesonwhichtheaustenitebegantochangeindifferentdepthsofhardeningarecalculatedbyusingthemodel.Aneasywayofdividingthesizeofphasetransformationhardeningisconfirmedandtheinfluenceoftheelectronbeamprocessparametersonthesize ofhardening.Manywaysareusedinthestudy, suchasscanningelectronmicroscope,metalloscopeandmicrohardnesstester.Theshapeandsize,organizationdistributionandhardnessofthehardeningareaareanalyzed.Theexperimentalresultsandsimulationresultsarecompared.Researchshowsthatthermoisoplethinthehightemperatureregionontheroleofmobileelectronbeamgaussianheatsourceisspoonshapeandthepositionofthehighestsurfacetemperaturelagsbehindthebeamcenter.Italso showsthat the crosssection ofthehardeninglayerafterhandlingisparabolicwhichisthininbothendsan
