In the fluky market competition, a lot of manufactures are in the face of new challenge. With the continuous development of information technology, manufactures feel fully that applying ERP has been become the elementary requirements of every enterprise. As the core of the manufacturer, the production plan manages the production of the whole enterprise and plays a vital role to the enterprise management and influences the development and progress of the whole enterprise.The thesis start analyzing from ERP theory, and tries to explore one ERP solution tailored to the production management of the communication equipment manufacturer. Further more, giving some experience and advices to the same enterprises to apply ERP. Firstly, the background of this research is introduced, and the emphases is the reason to apply ERP in FH manufacturer.
