InvestigationoftheRelationshipbetweenE-SelectinGeneS128RPolymorphismandType2DiabeticNephropathyAbstractAim:ToprobetheallelefrequenciesandgenotypedistributionofE-selectin geneS128RPolymorphisminHanpatientswithtype2diabeticnephropathyin thenorthernofGuangXiprovinceandcorrelationbetweenthegenotypeand type2diabeticnephropathy.TostudythegenotypeinfluenceofFastingblood glucose,bloodlipids,serumcreatinineintype 2diabetes.Methods:WithCase-Controlstudymethod,wecollected205casesoftype2 diabeticnephropathypatientsand198casesofnormalcontrolgroup(ageand genderwerematchedandtheHanpatientswereinthenorthernofGuangxi provience).PCR-RFLPandGelelectrophoresistechnologywereappliedto detecttheS128Rgenepolymorphismandbiochemicalindicators simultaneously.Results:Comparingwiththecontrolgroup,Fastingblood glucose,HbAlc,TC,BUNandCrwerehigerinstudygroupwithstatistically significant.E-selectinS128Rgenotypewassignificantinthedifferenceof2 groups(?2=7.37,P0.05).Fortheriskanalysisofgenotypesfrequency,therisk of the RR genotype diabetes nephrosis was 2.34 times than the SSgenotype(OR=2.34,95%CI:1.91～2.86).ThefrequencyoftheSalleleandthe Rallelegenotypewassignificantdifferenceof2group(?2=14.73,P﹤0.05, OR=2.34, 95%CI: 1.50～3.65).
