TheinterventionofJiaweisinisanon5-HT2ARandmRNAofhippocampusofbraininratsondepressionZhangYouwei(ClinicalBasisofTraditionalChineseMedicine)XieZhongliAbstractObjective:Basedontheetiologyandpathogenesistodepression,combinedwiththeearlyclinicalobservationandanimalstudies.intreatiseonfebriledisease,basedSinisantoplusbyTreatiseonFebrileDiseasesofzhongjing.Itwaseffectedthecatsdepressionbehaviorandthehippocampus5-HT2ARand5-HT2ARmRNAexpressiontoFenYangandlong-terminversescatteredunforeseeablemoderateintensitystress,comparedwithfluoxetine,ToinvestigatedinterventionneurologicalbasisonJiaweisinisantoFenYangandlong-terminversescatteredunforeseeablemoderateintensitystress.ToprovidedtheoreticalbasisandexperimentalbasisonJiaweisinisan.Methods：Theratsweredividedinto6groupinrandomly,modelgroup,lowdosegroupofJiaweiSiniDecoction,themiddledosegroupofJiaweiSiniDecoction,flushingdosegroupofJiaweisiniDecoction,fluoxetinegroup,eachSection12.Inadditiontothecontrolgroup,eachgroupreceivedadifferentstressin42days,includingcoldwaterswimming,heatstress,toprohibitwaterstimulietc.UsingOpen-fieldmethodrattobehaviortest,Usingtestforsugarconsumption,Toobservedsugarconsumption.ItwereusedintraditionalChinesemedicineJiaweiSiniDecoctionorfluoxetineinterventiontothefourgroupsafter21days.theratsweresacrificedat42days.toobtainthebrain.ItwereusedinImmunohistochemistryandsituhybridizationmethodtoexpressionofrathippocampus5-HT2ARand5-HT2ARmRNA.Results：Themodelreplicatedin21days,thescoreofmodelratsislowerinOpen-Field,andreducingsugarconsumption,Itisdecreasesontheoverallactivity,andlistlessness,furdirt.Withthecontrolgroup,thescoreofratsisdecreasedonvertical,horizontalpointsandsugarwaterconsumption,withastatisticalsignificance.Aftertreatment,thescoreoftreatmentgroupratsOpen-Fieldandsugarwaterconsumptionincreases,theoverallactivityenhancedin42days,TheresultsshowedthattheexpressionJiaweisinisanhippocampal5-HT2ARand5-HT2ARmRNAaresignificantlydifferentthanmodelgroups.therearestatisticaldifferences(P0.05,P0.01),Fluoxet
