Theindexsyst emof measuringt heeff iciencyoftheregional financial isconstructedfromthethreepoints.Thenthethesis selects the measuring index system of regional economicaldevelopment.Using the above index system, the third chapter measures thefinancial efficiency and economic development level in Anhui andJiangsuprovinces, andit alsogivesacomparison. Fromsingleindex,thefinancialefficiencyindexofAnhui province, arelowerthanJiangsuProvince. Throughthecomparisonof thecomprehensiveindex, thethesisfindsthat there is a positive correlation between the financialefficiency difference and regional economic difference.Intheframework of construction, using principal componentanalysistoanalyzetheimpact of regional financi al efficiencyof themainvariables、moneysupply、lendingandcapital formation、turnoverrati o、equi tyfi nancingratio、util i zationof state-owned assets.Through the using of regression, we discover that the financialefficiency contribution to economic development of Anhui provincediffersfromJiangsu’s, thisarticlecomesdowntonon-quantifiablefinancial sense. It combines the non-quantifiable and quantifiablefactorstogether toanal yzetheregi onal financi al difference.Finally, the thesis raises some proposals on how to optimizefinancial efficiency and how to promote coordinative regionaldevelopment in Anhui Province. On the basis of the above empiricalanalysis,wecouldenrichthefinancialproductsandincreasetheendogenousmoneysupplytostrengthencapital market development andthediversificationinvestscapital. The government have to guidecapitalflowstoavoidcapitalflowingtoinefficiencyenterprises, andstrengthenthesupport tonon-stateenterprises. Alsothegovernmentneedstoraisethepublicityoffinance,andimprovepeoplesfinancialawareness. So these suggestions are ready to optimize the overallfinancial efficiency of Anhui province in the whole.Keywords:financialefficiency;regi onal
