摘要本论文首先从理论上对成本控制的基本内涵和基本理论体系进行疏理，结合现代建筑业对施工成本管理的新要求，从甲方的角度，对当前我国建筑施工项目成本控制现状存在的观念落后、组织管理、施工方案、成本控制方法与手段等问题进行分析，并在对相关的案例进行分析和借鉴的基础上，基于项目管理目标的实现，提出了相应的发展对策，即强化整体的项目成本控制理念，确立项目成本控制目标，健全规范招投标工作，完善项目成本控制方法，加强项目质量管理，实施全过程的成本控制机制，建立业绩评价机制。希望通过本研究，有助于施工企业能够建立一套科学化、系统化、实用化的价值工程实施体系，提高施工企业的综合素质和核心竞争力，实现企业的经营目标和取得良好的经济效益，使企业在竞争日趋激烈的市场环境中得以生存和发展。关键词：建筑项目成本控制经济效益ABSTRACTInthispaperfirsttheoreticallythebasicconnotationofcostcontrolandbasictheorysystemofreorganization.Combinedwiththemodernconstructionofthenew requirementsinconstructioncostmanagement.Thecurrentstatusoftheconstruction projectcostcontrolinourcountryexistingideaslagbehind.Tanizationandmanagement、constructionscheme、costcontrolmethodandmethodsproblemswereanalyzed.Andontherelevantcaseonthebasisofanalysis andreference.Basedonprojectmanagementgoalrealization.Putforwardthecorrespondingdevelopmentcountermeasures.Strengtheningtheconceptoftheoverallprojectcostcontrol.Establishprojectcostcontroltarget.Improvethestandardbiddingwork.Improvetheprojectcostcontrolmethod.Toimprovethequalityofprojectmanagement.Toimplementthewholeprocessofcostcontrolmechanism.Establishaperformance evaluationmechanism.Throughthisstudy.Helptoestablishasetofscientific constructionenterprise、systematize、The valueofpracticalengineeringstudentssystem.Improvethecomprehensivequalityof constructionenterprisesandthecorecompetitiveness.Achievethebusiness objectives of the enterprise andachievegoodeconomic benefits.
