厚）63mm×1mm×1.5μm，并对样品进行了静态标定。结果表明，样品的平均Seebeck系数约为175.3μV/℃，在350～1050℃温度范围测温误差小于±2.78％，使用寿命大于20h，可在1050℃高温环境稳定工作7h。关键词：In2O3薄膜，磁控溅射，In2O3/ITO薄膜热电偶，Seebeck系数,静态标定ABSTRACTIntheprocessofcoolingeffecttestandwholemachinetestofaeroengineresearch,theaccuratemeasurementofsurfacetemperatureanditsdistributionofturbinebladeisofgreatimportance.Thinfilmthermocouplesdepositedonthesurfaceofturbinebladeisoneoftheadvancedmethodsofprecisemeasurementofturbinebladesurfacetemperature.Comparedwiththewirecounterparts,thinfilmthermocouplescanintegratewithbladeasanon-intrusivemethod,minimalinterferencewithflowfieldenvironment,smallthermalcapacity,rapidresponseetal.Itisverysuitableforthesurfacetemperaturemeasurementofturbineblade.In2O3andITOarebothsemiconductormaterialswhichalsohavewidebandgap,thethinfilmthermocouplesthatcomposedofIn2O3andITOpossessgoodhightemperaturestabilityandthermalsensitivity.Thehighestworkingtemperaturecanbeupto1200℃.ThehightemperaturethermoelectricperformancesofthatarebetterthanK(NiCr/NiSi)typeandS(Pt/PtRh)typethinfilmthermocouples.Asaresult,ithasaveryimportantapplicationprospectforsurfacetemperaturemeasurementofengineblade,especiallyintheultrahightemperature(higherthan1100℃)workenvironment.Inthisthesis,basedonthepreviousresearchresultsofKtype,StypeandPt/ITOthinfilmthermocouples,thepreparationprocessesofIn2O3films,thepreparationandcalibrationofIn2O3/ITOthinfilmthermocouplesdepositedonAl2O3ceramicsubstratesandonnickelbasealloyplatesubstrateswereexploredsystematically.Firstofall,theIn2O3thinfilmsweredepositedontheAl2O3ceramicsubstratesbyradiofrequencymagnetronsputteringmethod.Theinfluencesofdepositingparameters,suchasargon/oxygengasflowratio,sputteringpressure,dopingnitrogenontheelectricalperformanceanddepositionrateofIn2O3thin-filmswerestudiedindetail.Theresultsindicatethatthedepositionrateofsamplesincreasesmonotonouslywithincreaseofsputteringpowerandtheresistivitydecreasesinitiallythenincreasesslightlywiththefurtherincreaseofsputteringpower.Withtheincreaseofsputtering
