河海大学硕：L学位论文跨国公司在华R＆D率地化双重效应研究AbstractThe 10cal i zation of R＆D refers to the Multj national corporation(MNc) disffuse their R＆D to the country where their subsidiarj es 10cate and make use of the technical resources of the invested countrv to enhance their own abilitv in R＆D．Tradit{ona¨y， the R＆D as the core of the MNcs’ activitv should be proceeded in the headquarter country．In recent decades， the MNcs’ R＆D 10calization Dresent jtself with the development of globalization and the intense world competition accordingly．Comparing the economic globalization， the localization of R＆D is adouble—edged sword as well．On one hand， it provides an opportunity for the upgrade of the technical innovation system in China and on the other hand it is also challedgable for our enterprises and i兀novation mechanism．Thus it is crucial ly important for Chinese government and entrepreneurs to study how to take its advantage whereas avoid its harmful ness．There are some oDinions from the article．For instance， the effect of the localiza¨o九of the MNCs’ R＆D in China，whether it’s good or not not onlv based on itself but also on how our enterprises im口rove our own thchnical]eve】to some extent with the help of it，And，get some ideas for which factors constrain the sDi]10ver effect of the 10calization of the MNCs’ R＆D in China．This article has taken the research of the effect of the 10calization of the MNCs’ R＆D in China brings to us as the main theme．Firstly， it analysiesthe current situation of the localization of the MNCs’ R＆D in China and thenmake a conclusion of merit and dismerit of it from both theoretical and realasDects．There are some oDinions from the artj cle．For instance， the effect of the localization of the MNCs’R＆D in China，whether it’s good or not not only based on itself but also on how our enterprises improve our own technicallevel to some extent with the help of it，And，get some ideas for which factors constrain the sDillover effect of the loca】j zatjon of the MNCs’ R＆D i
